If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase, download, access, or use Secure Attributes digital products or materials.

2. Digital Products and Materials Covered

These terms apply to Secure Attributes digital products and materials, including but not limited to AI readiness reports, AI governance templates, checklists, compliance resources, vendor risk materials, framework crosswalks, policy templates, evidence guides, toolkits, downloadable resources, AIVA™ preview materials, and related digital content.

These terms also apply to materials delivered through website downloads, email delivery, forms, payment pages, customer portals, scheduling workflows, or other digital delivery methods.

3. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, Secure Attributes digital products are provided for your internal business use only. You may use the materials to support your organization’s AI governance, cybersecurity assurance, vendor risk, compliance readiness, audit readiness, and internal planning efforts.

You may customize templates, worksheets, and documents for your internal business use, provided that you do not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or represent the materials as your own original commercial product.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, upload, sublicense, transfer, commercially exploit, or make Secure Attributes digital products available to third parties without prior written permission.

You may not use Secure Attributes materials to create a competing product, template library, training program, marketplace listing, software product, consulting package, or commercial offering without written authorization from Secure Attributes.

You may not remove Secure Attributes branding, copyright notices, disclaimers, or proprietary markings from materials unless the product specifically grants editable white-label rights in writing.

5. No Legal, Audit, Compliance, or Security Guarantee

Secure Attributes digital products and materials are provided for informational, educational, and business readiness purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, audit advice, accounting advice, regulatory advice, cybersecurity certification, or a guarantee of compliance with any law, regulation, standard, framework, contract, customer requirement, or buyer expectation.

Use of Secure Attributes materials does not guarantee that your organization will pass a security review, vendor risk assessment, audit, regulatory review, procurement process, customer approval, certification, or compliance assessment.

You are responsible for consulting qualified legal, compliance, audit, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory professionals as needed for your specific business, industry, jurisdiction, and risk environment.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, adapting, and implementing any Secure Attributes materials in a manner appropriate for your organization, business model, data environment, AI systems, regulatory obligations, contractual commitments, and operational needs.

You acknowledge that AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and vendor risk requirements vary by organization, industry, jurisdiction, customer, buyer, and use case. Materials should not be used as a substitute for professional judgment or formal assessment.

7. AI Readiness Reports and Diagnostic Outputs

AI readiness diagnostics, reports, scoring, summaries, recommendations, and related outputs are intended to provide a high-level readiness snapshot based on the information submitted. They are not a complete risk assessment, compliance determination, legal opinion, audit finding, security certification, or guarantee of readiness.

Diagnostic results may identify potential risk indicators, evidence gaps, governance concerns, or recommended next steps. The accuracy and usefulness of any diagnostic output depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.

8. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products may be delivered by download link, email, website access, form submission, customer portal, or another digital method. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address or account used to purchase or request the product.

Secure Attributes is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, blocked domains, expired links, third-party platform issues, or user-side access restrictions.

9. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately, all digital product sales are generally final unless otherwise stated on the specific product or checkout page.

If a duplicate purchase, technical delivery issue, or billing error occurs, you may contact Secure Attributes for review. Any refund or credit is at Secure Attributes’ discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a separate written agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All Secure Attributes digital products, materials, templates, frameworks, guides, reports, page content, language, structures, methodologies, designs, and related intellectual property are owned by Secure Attributes or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing or accessing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights to you.

11. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

You should not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, proprietary, classified, restricted, or legally protected information through general website forms, diagnostics, or digital product workflows unless necessary and authorized.

If a separate consulting engagement requires handling confidential or sensitive information, those terms should be addressed in a separate written agreement, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, or other applicable contract.

12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Secure Attributes may use third-party tools for payment processing, form collection, scheduling, email delivery, file hosting, analytics, or product delivery. These third-party tools may have their own terms, privacy policies, processing practices, and availability limitations.

Secure Attributes is not responsible for third-party platform outages, payment processor issues, email deliverability problems, or third-party service terms outside of our direct control.

13. No Client Relationship from Digital Product Purchase

Purchasing or downloading a digital product does not create a consulting, advisory, legal, audit, compliance, or professional services relationship with Secure Attributes unless a separate written agreement is executed.

Any paid consulting, implementation, assessment, or advisory engagement will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or written contract.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Attributes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or business damages arising from or related to your use of digital products, diagnostic outputs, templates, reports, resources, or related materials.

You are responsible for determining whether any material is appropriate for your organization and for validating any implementation decisions before relying on them.

15. Updates to Digital Products

Secure Attributes may update, revise, replace, or discontinue digital products or materials at any time.
